Returns & Refunds
Please contact VoltTrek before returning any NANROBOT product. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
- Return request: within 15 days of delivery.
- Condition: unused, never ridden, with original packaging and all original components.
- Customer-choice returns: 10% handling fee plus customer-paid shipping and return costs.
- Missing accessories may be deducted from the refund. Missing original packaging can result in a packaging charge and damage-related repair costs.
Approved returns are sent by mail/carrier to the authorized return address provided by VoltTrek. We do not offer automatic exchanges; a different model or variant is handled as an eligible return plus a new order. After receipt, inspection and approval, VoltTrek initiates the refund to the original payment method within 3 business days.
Warranty & Support
NANROBOT electric scooters: Contact VoltTrek first for a VoltTrek order. NANROBOT directs buyers who purchased through a dealer to that dealer for warranty support. Its published direct-sale scooter warranty lists model- and component-specific limits; those terms do not by themselves establish identical coverage for a dealer order. VoltTrek will confirm the written terms applicable to your model and coordinate eligible service.
Keep your proof of purchase and serial number and send photos/video of the issue before shipping anything. Normal wear, misuse, accidental damage and unauthorized modifications are generally excluded. Manufacturer service terms.
