About VoltTrek

VoltTrek is an online electric-mobility retailer operated by Genius Stores LLC. We sell e-bikes, electric scooters, replacement parts and accessories to customers in the United States. VoltTrek does not manufacture the products in our catalog. We retail products from the brands shown on each product page and help customers with product selection, order support, returns and eligible manufacturer warranty claims.

Depending on the product and available stock, an order may ship from a manufacturer or distribution warehouse rather than from our New Mexico business mailing address. This is a correspondence address, not a retail storefront, pickup point or return center. The product page, shipping policy and checkout provide the applicable delivery information and charges for the order.

Our current catalog

Our live catalog currently includes EUNORAU e-bikes and NANROBOT electric scooters, together with compatible parts and accessories. Product availability, specifications, prices and variants can change over time, so the live product page is the source of truth for what VoltTrek currently offers. Products that are not published in the live catalog are not represented as available for purchase.

Clear information before checkout

We work to make the important purchase terms visible before you order: price, available variants, shipping conditions, returns and manufacturer warranty. When a manufacturer applies different terms to a specific model or component, those product-specific terms take precedence.

Customer support

Questions about a product, compatibility, delivery, returns or warranty claims can be sent to our support team.
