Shipping Policy

VoltTrek ships products sold through our store within the United States. Shipping availability, charges and delivery estimates depend on the brand, model, destination and delivery method. The product page and checkout show the terms applicable to your order.

EUNORAU

EUNORAU orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Products marked Free Shipping ship at no additional standard shipping charge to eligible Lower 48 addresses. Oversized, freight, remote-area and special-delivery orders may have different charges. For S500 and S1000 utility vehicles, standard freight shipping to the contiguous 48 states is included in the displayed product price, with no separate standard shipping charge at checkout. Special delivery services, including liftgate or restricted access, may require an advance quote and your agreement. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii require a confirmed shipping quote. NANROBOT

In-stock NANROBOT scooters are generally prepared for shipment within 24–48 hours. Current US product information indicates typical delivery of approximately 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on model and destination. Seats, parts and accessories may ship separately. Current manufacturer shipping coverage excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other islands for many scooter models.

Special delivery charges

Remote-area, limited-access, liftgate or other carrier surcharges may apply to certain freight shipments. If a charge cannot be determined at checkout, VoltTrek will contact you for approval before collecting an additional charge or proceeding with the affected shipment.

Tracking and delays

Tracking information is provided when available after dispatch. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, inventory location, holidays or other carrier conditions. Contact us if your shipment is materially delayed or tracking does not update.

The shipping terms displayed on the product page and at checkout are the final shipping terms for that order.
