Shipping & Delivery
EUNORAU complete e-bike delivery. Complete e-bikes are normally processed within 1–3 business days and delivered to the contiguous U.S. in about 5–7 days after dispatch by FedEx/UPS. Alaska, Hawaii and remote destinations may require special freight or an additional carrier charge.
Tracking is provided after dispatch. Inspect the carton on arrival, photograph visible transport damage immediately and keep the original packaging until the product has been checked.
Returns & Refunds
Please contact VoltTrek before returning any EUNORAU product. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
- Return request: within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Condition: 100% new and resellable, not assembled, ridden, worn, used, abused or damaged.
- Packaging: original packaging, manuals, accessories and included materials must be returned.
- Customer-choice returns: customer pays return shipping; applicable outbound shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
- Restocking fee: EUNORAU’s current published policy does not state a fixed restocking percentage.
Approved returns are sent by mail/carrier to the authorized return address provided by VoltTrek. We do not offer automatic exchanges; a different model or variant is handled as an eligible return plus a new order. After receipt, inspection and approval, VoltTrek initiates the refund to the original payment method within 3 business days.
Warranty & Support
For eligible complete EUNORAU e-bikes only: EUNORAU publishes a limited 10-year frame warranty and 24-month battery, motor and electrical-component terms. These are manufacturer terms for eligible e-bikes, not a universal promise for separately sold parts, batteries, trikes, dirt bikes or utility vehicles.
Coverage is subject to original-purchaser status, proof of purchase, product registration, the required first-year specialist/dealer check-up and the manufacturer’s exclusions. Commercial-use terms may be shorter. VoltTrek is your first contact for an eligible claim: send your order number, serial number and photos/video before returning any item. Read the EUNORAU warranty.
