Shipping & Delivery
Battery delivery. EUNORAU routes batteries by FedEx with an estimated delivery time of about 10–15 days. If local stock is unavailable, the battery may ship directly from the factory; tracking may not appear until it reaches the destination country and clears customs.
Final customer shipping charges, if any, are shown by VoltTrek at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Please contact VoltTrek before returning any EUNORAU product. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
- Return request: within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Condition: 100% new and resellable, not assembled, ridden, worn, used, abused or damaged.
- Packaging: original packaging, manuals, accessories and included materials must be returned.
- Customer-choice returns: customer pays return shipping; applicable outbound shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
- Restocking fee: EUNORAU’s current published policy does not state a fixed restocking percentage.
Approved returns are sent by mail/carrier to the authorized return address provided by VoltTrek. We do not offer automatic exchanges; a different model or variant is handled as an eligible return plus a new order. After receipt, inspection and approval, VoltTrek initiates the refund to the original payment method within 3 business days.
Warranty & Support
VoltTrek coordinates eligible EUNORAU manufacturer warranty claims.
- E-bike frame: 10-year limited replacement/repair coverage.
- Battery, motor and electrical components: 24 months.
- Original EUNORAU parts/components are covered under the manufacturer’s limited warranty, subject to the item and exclusions.
Proof of purchase, product registration and original-purchaser status are required. EUNORAU requires an e-bike check-up by a specialist or dealer after the first year. Commercial-use products receive 50% of the standard warranty period.
Normal wear, misuse, improper assembly, unauthorized modification and cosmetic damage are excluded. Free gifts or accessories supplied/pre-installed with a bike are not covered as standalone warranty items.
