Warranty terms for products sold by VoltTrek vary by brand, model and component. Some items may have limited or no manufacturer coverage. VoltTrek, operated by Genius Stores LLC, helps customers coordinate eligible warranty claims for products purchased from us. Check the product-specific terms before ordering.

EUNORAU warranty

For qualifying EUNORAU e-bikes purchased in the U.S. or Canada on or after August 1, 2023, EUNORAU’s current published policy is a 24-Month+ limited warranty against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser. EUNORAU currently lists 10-year frame coverage and 24-month coverage for the battery, motor and electrical components. Product registration after purchase is required, and EUNORAU also requires an e-bike check-up by an EUNORAU specialist or dealer after the first year of use. Commercial-use products may receive a reduced warranty period. Normal wear, labor, misuse, accidents, improper assembly, unauthorized modifications and other listed exclusions are not covered.

NANROBOT warranty

NANROBOT publishes model- and component-specific scooter warranty periods for purchases made directly on its website. Those direct-sale terms do not automatically establish identical coverage for a VoltTrek dealer order. NANROBOT directs buyers who purchased through a dealer to that dealer for warranty support. Contact VoltTrek before ordering for the written terms applicable to your model, components and order.

How to request warranty service

Contact VoltTrek before shipping or repairing a product. Please provide your order number plus clear photos or video showing the issue. We will review the request and coordinate the appropriate manufacturer process, including registration or claim documentation where required. Do not return a product or component without prior authorization.
